Béziers Cap d’Agde in the Languedoc

 

encourages a high level of general and private aircraft activity: aeronautic clubs, stationed aircraft, private, military, flying schools, etc., representing nearly 30,000 aircraft movements annually.

 

An Operations Service is available to all users of the facility, providing baggage and passenger assistance for private aircraft:

 

- Reception and information

- Weather updates

- Consultation for flightplans and NOTAM

- Assistance with customs formalities

- Commercial assistance: taxis, hotels, car-hire, catering

- Operational assistance: re-fuelling (Air BP), STAP (automatic system for parameters transmission) / PCL(pilot controlled lighting) upon request

 

Arrival at Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport

 

All flight requests to the airport facility must be made through the airport operations service either by e-mail or by fax.

Upon arrival all crew members must present themselves at the operations office.

If the prerequisite form has not been completed, an information sheet must be completed for invoicing purposes.

For private flights, exit from the airport is via a dedicated access.

Take note, for flights arriving from departure points outside the Schengen Area, 48 hours advance notice is required and it is imperative that any modifications thereto must be notified to the operations service.
 

 

Departure from Béziers Cap d’Agde Airport

 

For private flights, entry to the airport is via a dedicated access.

In order to avoid additional billing fees, crew members are requested to settle their invoice at the operations service.

Take note, for flights arriving from departure points outside the Schengen Area, 48 hours advance notice is required and it is imperative that any modifications thereto must be notified to the operations service.
